Hey y'all...

Happy Monday to everyone. The first Monday of June. I like June. Why? Only because it's my bday month - June 11th to be exact. (I like chocolate, DVD's, and red wine in case anyone was getting me presents).

Two years ago, my bday fell two days before my college graduation. It was so much fun - twenty or so of my friends at a sushi restaurant doing sake bombs. That was a good time - when all of us wanted to spend as much time together as we could before we parted for summer and life, I guess.

Last year, my birthday was a last minute thrown together bbq at my house and I hated it. My sister couldn't be there and the friends that could all popped in and out and I didn't even have quality time with any of them.

This year, I am going to Vegas. CHris has a wedding that he is a best man for this weekend in Chicago, and when I realized that he wasn't going to be around for my bday, I figured why not get some girlfriends together and go to Vegas - city of Sin. It's gonna be great - free hotel room, gambling, food and spa vouchers. Can't wait.

Other than that my life is going to get a little busy (amazing, huh?) for the next few weeks as I will be casting my first short film. In fact, this will be the first time that I am casting anything on my own. I'm a little nervous, believe me, but excited at the same time. I can't wait to see a finished product with my name on it. Squee!

Chris and I had a serious conversation last night about moving in together. In August it's going to be two years that we have been dating, so it only feels like its the next step. But I'm not one hundered percent sold on the idea. Must weigh pros and cons.
